As we deal primarily in customized and made-to-order products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
After 5 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
2. Customized / Personalized Products (Important)
Since most of our products are custom-made using your uploaded photos, names, or designs, they are non-resalable.
Therefore:
We do not accept returns or refunds for customized or personalized products unless:
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match the approved order details
We are not responsible for errors caused by:
- Incorrect images uploaded by the customer
- Low-resolution images
- Spelling mistakes provided by the customer
- Color differences due to screen display variations
3. Non-Customized Products
For non-personalized products:
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
- Non-delivery of product
- Order cancelled before production begins
We may request photo or video proof to verify the issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if:
- The order has not entered production
- The order has not been shipped
If cancellation is approved:
- A 20% processing & transaction fee may be deducted
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Once a customized product enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable):
- You will receive email confirmation
- Refund approval or rejection will be notified
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Bank processing times may vary.
7. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The product is returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer
- The item shows signs of use
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

9. Non-Delivery Cases
If your order is not delivered due to:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Unavailability at delivery location
- Failure to answer courier calls
We may not be able to issue a full refund.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos & unboxing video (if available)
Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud
- Deny repetitive refund claims
- Cancel suspicious orders
12. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
